The Wisconsin Association of 12 Step Clubs was started over ten years ago. We are an organization dedicated to providing Management Education, Networking, Services and Consultative Expertise to 12 Step Clubs.
Originally limited to Wisconsin Clubs because of ‘grant restrictions’ we revised our By-laws to open membership to 12 Step Clubs in other states. Out- of- state clubs will enjoy all the benefits of our education programs, networking with other member 12 Step Clubs, our Service and Product offerings which will reduce your costs and the availability to talk to experienced former and current 12 Step Club Board members with backgrounds in areas such as Board Development, Club Financial Reporting, Strategic Planning, Club Operations, Grant Writing and Fundraising, Benchmarking and Membership Recruiting.
We deliver these services to our members in a cost effective manner – e.g. for a 100 member club it is $0.75 per member per year. We hold regional conferences with experts delivering seminars on Club Management 3 – 4 times annually and provide a website to view talks on a variety of topics on 12 Step Club affairs.
Membership in the Wisconsin Association of 12 Step Clubs is open to all 12 Step Clubs that are 501( c)(3) organizations. We offer a complimentary ‘first year membership’ to interested clubs. Please hit the “Contact Us” button and begin your club’s journey to more effective management.
